我院抗高血压药物的应用趋势及经济学分析

通过分析我院抗高血压药物的使用情况、应用趋势及合理用药水平，为西北经济欠发达地区的临床用药、药品采购和科学管理提供参考。采用DDDs（用药频度）和销售金额分析方法，运用Microsoft execl软件对我院2003年-2004年抗高血压药物销售金额、DDDs及日用药费进行统计分析。结果表明：我院2004年较2003年抗高血压药物销售金额和用药频度有所上升。钙拮抗剂、肾上腺素受体阻滞剂、ACEI类一直位居前三位。我院的抗高血压药物使用基本合理，价格适中的国产长效钙拮抗剂用量最大。

Application Trend and Economic Analysis of Antihypertensives in the First Affiliated Hospital of Lanzhou University

This article intends to provide reference for clinical application, purchasing and scientific management of drugs in underdeveloped northwest district on the basis of analysis on application situation, application trend and level of rational use of antihypertensives in our hospital. Sales value, DDDs and daily drug cost of antihypertensives during year 2003 to 2004 were statistically analyzed with the tool Microsoft Excel. The result indicated that the sales amount and the frequency of antihypertensives used in 2004 increased slightly compared with those in 2003. Calcium antagonists, adrenoeeptor blockers and ACEI were holding first three places. In general, the clinical application of antihypertensives in our hospital was basically suitable, and the homemade Calcium antagonists with well situated prices were most used.
