| 摘 要： | 雄激素的生理作用贯穿于男性从胚胎发育到衰老的整个生命历程,对男性生活质量有重大影响。随年龄的增长,50岁后的男性当内源性睾酮水平减低时,会出现焦虑、惊恐不安、失眠和情感淡漠等一系列精神心理性疾病的表现。睾酮补充治疗对认知、运动等功能有直接改善作用,可改善老年男性的焦虑、惊恐不安、失眠、记忆力减退以及思维反应和智力减退等。研究迟发性性腺功能减退症(late-onsethypogonadism,LOH)与精神心理疾病的关系十分必要,对预防及治疗老年精神心理疾病有重要临床意义。
