| 摘 要： | 子宫内膜容受性是胚胎成功种植的关键。通过经阴道彩色多普勒监测子宫内膜厚度、形态、容积、运动状态、血运状态等各因素可综合定性评价子宫内膜容受性,并通过子宫内膜血流参数定量评价子宫内膜容受性。总结彩色多普勒在体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)中的价值,探讨一种安全、无创、精确的新途径预测和提高IVF-ET妊娠率,降低多胎率。
