2011年临沂市河东区美容美发场所卫生状况调查

目的]了解临沂市河东区美容美发场所卫生状况,为卫生监督提供指导和依据。方法]2011年3～9月,对临沂市河东区123家美容美发场所进行调查,并对美容美发用品进行检测。结果]合计调查123家,持有卫生许可证、健康证及培训合格证明的123家,有消毒制度的121家,配备消毒保洁设施的120家,有用品消毒记录的120家,有皮肤病人专用工具的121家。合计检测美容美发样品196份,其中2份检出金黄色葡萄球菌,9份检出大肠菌群,11份毛巾菌落总数超标。196份中,合格的174份,合格率为88.78%。其中美容样品合格率为96.67%;美发样品合格率为85.29%（P〈0.01）。结论]河东区美容美发场所各项卫生管理指标基本达到有关标准。

Survey on the Hygienic Status in Beauty Salons and Barbers in Hedong Distict,Linyi City, 2011

Objective]To understand the hygienic situation of beauty salons and barbershops in Hedong district, Linyi city,so as to provide facts and suggestions for health inspection and supervision. Methods]A survey was made on 123 beauty salons and barbershops in Hedong district, Linyi city during March-September 2011;health inspection was made on the tools used by these shops. Results]A total of 123 shops were surveyed, 123 of which had sanitation license, health permit and qualified training proof. 121 shops had sterilization system; 120 shops had sterilizing and cleaning facilities, 120 had tools sterilizing records,and 121 shops had special tools for skin disease patients. A total of 196 beauty salon samples were tested, staphylococcus aureus were found in 2 samples, coliform bacteria were found in 9 samples and in 11 samples the aerobic bacterial count was above standard. Out of the 196 samples, 174 passed test with 88.78% pass ratio. To specify, pass ratio of beauty salon samples was 96.67% while that of the barber shops samples was 85. 29%. Pass ratio differenti- als had statistics implication （ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion]Beauty salons and barbershops in Hedong district, Linyi city,mostly reach related standards.
