2007-2011年沂源县碘盐监测结果分析

目的]分析沂源县居民户碘盐食用情况，为持续消除碘缺乏病（IDD）防治工作提供科学依据。方法]按《全国碘缺乏病监测方案》要求，2007-2011年在沂源县抽取1440份食用盐样本，采用直接滴定法（GB／T13025．7-1999）检测碘盐。结果]2007-2011年检测1440份居民户食用盐，合格碘盐1393份，不合格碘盐13份，非碘盐34份；碘盐合格率99．07％，碘盐覆盖率97．64％，合格碘盐食用率96．73％，非典盐率2．36％。不同年份碘盐合格率的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论]沂源县居民户碘盐合格率、碘盐覆盖率、合格碘盐食用率均在96％以上，达到国家消除碘缺乏病控制标准，但有少数乡镇碘盐质量还有待提高。

Analysis on Iodized Salt Monitoring Results, Yiyuan County, 2007-2011

Objective]To analyze household consumption of iodized salt in Yiyuan county,Shandong province, so as to provide scientific basis for sustainable elimination of iodine deficiency disorders （IDD）. Methods] According to the re- quirements of national iodine deficiency disease monitoring program, during 2007-2011,in Yiyuan county, 1 440 edible salt samples were collected. And salt iodine was tested by direct titration（GB/T13025.7-1999）. Results]During 2007-2011,a total of 1 440 salt samples were collected,of which 1 393 were qualified iodized salt, 13 unqualified and 34 non-iodized salt; qualified iodized salt rate,iodized salt coverage rate and iodized consumption rates were 99.07 %, 97.64 % and 96.73 %, re- spectively and the rate of non-iodized salt was 2.36 %. The qualifsed iodiged salt had difference in 2007-2011. （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion]The qualified iodized salt rate,iodized salt coverage rate and iodized consumption rates are all above 96 % in households in Yiyuan county,which have reached national control standards of elimination of IDD. Nonetheless, the quality of iodized salt should be improved in few townships.
