吕梁市离石区对糖尿病患者进行社区护理干预的效果评价

目的]探讨对2型糖尿病患者进行社区护理干预,对于改变患者不良生活方式与生活习惯,改善血糖及相关血生化指标的效果。方法]2009年8月至2010年12月,对吕梁市离石区疾病预防控制中心纳入基本公共卫生项目管理的340例2型糖尿病患者（进行社区护理干预的干预组175例、对照组165例）进行生活方式护理干预研究,并分析其效果。结果]综合干预1年后,干预组的不良生活方式纠正率均较干预前明显提高,干预后干预组均明显高于对照组（P〈0.01或〈0.05）;空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、总胆固醇,干预后2组均低于干预前,干预后干预组均低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论]对糖尿病患者进行社区护理干预,使患者的不良生活方式得到转变,血糖等指标降低。

Evaluation on Effect of Community Nursing Intervention on Diabetic Patients, Lishi District, Lvliang City

Objective]To explore the effect of community nursing intervention in Type 2 diabetes mellitus patients on changing the unhealthy way of living and living habits, improving blood glucose and related blood biochemical indexes. ,Methods]During August,2009-Deeember,2010,nursing intervention in lifestyles was made and analysis was made on its effect among 340 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （community nursing intervention in the intervention group, 175 ca- ses,165 cases of the control group） included in the basic public health project management by Lishi District Center for Disease Control and Prevention,Lvliang city.Results]After one year of comprehensive intervention,the bad lifestyle correction rate significantly improved than that before the intervention in the intervention group, significantly higher in the in- tervention group than that of control group （ P 〈0.01 or 0.05） ;fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose after 2 h,glyeosylated hemoglobin,triglyceride, total cholesterol,lower in both groups than that before the intervention, lower in the intervention group than those in the control group after intervention（ P〈0.01）. Conclusion]Community nursing in- tervention among the patients with diabetes mellitus can change their bad lifestyles and reduce the blood glucose and other indexes.
