2011年临沂市居民死因监测分析

[目的]了解临沂市居民的死亡率及死亡原因，为制定疾病控制策略与措施提供依据。[方法]对2011年临沂市居民死亡资料进行分析。[结果]2011年临沂市居民合计死亡60257例，死亡率为599．84／10万，标化死亡率为404．22／10万。居民死亡率（／10万），男性为680．08，女性为517．00；0岁为321．11，1～4岁为27．33，5～9岁为15．35，此后随着年龄增长死亡率逐步上升。居民前5位死因依次为脑血管病、心脏病、恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病和伤害，合计死亡53537例，占死亡总数的88．85％。各种死因合计减寿率为63．83‰。减寿最高的4种死因依次为恶性肿瘤、伤害、脑血管病、心血管病，合计减寿509550人年，占全部死因减寿641251人年的79．46％。[结论]心脑血管疾病、恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、伤害是导致临沂市居民死亡的主要原因。

Analysis on Surveillance of Death Causes, Linyi City, 2011

[Objective]To find out the mortality and causes of death in Linyi city, so as to provide scientific basis for disease prevention and control. [Methods]Analysis was made on mortality data among residents in Linyi city, 2011. [Re- sults]The mortality of residents was 599.84/10^5 in Linyi city,2011, the standardized mortality was 404.22/10^5. The mor- tality of residents（/10^5） was 680.08 in males, 517.00 in females; the mortality was 321.11 in those aged 0 years old, 27.33 in those aged from 1-4 and 15.35 in those aged from 5-9. The mortality increased with age among the residents over 9. The first five leading causes of death were cerebrovascular diseases, heart diseases,malignant tumor, respiratory diseases and injury, which accounted for 87. 96% of all death causes. The PYLL rate of total death causes was 63.83%. The top four death causes of life lost were malignant tumor, injury, cerehrovascular diseases and heart diseases, those years of po- tential life lost were 509 550 person-year,which accounted for 79.46% of the PYLL of all death causes（641 251）. [Con- clusion]Circulatory system diseases,malignant tumor, respiratory system diseases, injury are the main causes of death a mong residents in I.inyi city.
