| 摘 要： | 目的探讨结肠康泰对结肠炎大鼠模型的干预作用。方法雌性SD大鼠60只随机分为四组,分别为正常组、模型组、柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)组及结肠康泰组,以三硝基苯磺酸(TNBs)造模后分别予相应处理;评估大鼠疾病活动指数(DAI)及结肠组织学损伤积分。结果模型组大鼠DAI、结肠组织损伤评分明显高于正常组,SASP组及结肠康泰组大鼠DAI、结肠组织损伤评分则显著低于模型组。结论结肠康泰对实验性大鼠结肠炎有较好的治疗作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore preventive and curative effect of JieChangKangTai(JCKT)Recipe on experimental in colitis rats.Methods:60 female SD rats were randomly divided into four groups,normal control,pathological,solfasalazine(SASP)and JCKT groups.Experimental colitis model in rats were induced by Trinitrobenzene sulphonic acid(TNBs).The disease active index(DAI)and colonic histologic score in rats were evaluated.Results:The DAI and colonic histologic score in pathological group were obviously higher than those in normal control group.The DAI and colonic histologic score in SASP,JCKT group were lower than those in pathological group.Conclusion:JCKT recipe is more effective in relieving the TNBs-induced colitis in rats. |
