| 摘 要： | 目的检测氟乙酰胺中毒患者血液中氟乙酰胺和尿氟水平的动态变化,并探讨二者的相关性。方法对65例急性氟乙酰胺中毒患者血液中氟乙酰胺、尿中无机氟进行连续动态监测,分析测定结果。结果急性氟乙酰胺中毒患者血液中氟乙酰胺含量显著增高,尿中无机氟测定值显著高于正常对照组。血液中氟乙酰胺第3h出现峰值,尿中无机氟第1d出现峰值,然后均随着中毒时间的延长而逐渐降低,无机氟第7d降至正常水平。结论氟乙酰胺中毒患者血液中氟乙酰胺含量与尿中无机氟高度相关(r=0.92)并呈现出规律性变化。
