摘    要:细胞窖蛋白-1(Caveolin—1)为分子量21—24kD的膜蛋白,是Caveolae的主要结构成分,参与胆固醇运输、囊泡转运,细胞信号转导等过程,同时与肿瘤的发生、发展和转移密切相关。本文介绍Caveolin-1的结构和功能以及在肿瘤中的作用,重点综述Caveolin-1在消化系统肿瘤的表达及其临床意义,并展望Caveolin-1在消化系统肿瘤中的应用前景。

Abstract:The 21 -24kD membrane molecule, Caveolin - 1 is a major structural component of Caveolae. Caveolin - 1 is involved in diverse cellular processes ranging from cholesterol homeostasis and vesicular transport to signal transduction. Caveolin - 1 is also closely related to cancer pathogenesis, development and metastasis. This review aims to recommend the characteristics and functions of Caveolin - 1 and its roles in tumor development. Caveolin - 1 expression and clinical significance in digestive system tumors was reviewed mainly. Finally, the application prospect of Caveolin - 1 in digestive system tumors was viewed.
