曲马多缓释片联合塞来昔布治疗中度癌痛爆发痛的疗效观察

目的：评价曲马多缓释片联合塞来昔布治疗中度癌痛爆发痛的临床疗效。方法：收集服用曲马多缓释片达400mg／d仍存在爆发痛的中度癌痛患者70例，随机分为两组。一组（35例）临睡前加服一次塞来昔布，塞来昔布起始剂量为200mg／d，最大剂量400mg／d；另一组（35例）改用羟考酮控释片，羟考酮起始剂量为20mg／d，最大剂量40mg／d。评价临床疗效、药物不良反应以及患者生活质量改善情况。结果：曲马多缓释片联合塞来昔布、羟考酮控释片均可有效控制疼痛，但前者的不良反应更轻，生活质量更高。结论：曲马多缓释片联合塞来昔布可有效治疗中度癌痛爆发痛。

An evaluation on efficacy and safely of tramadol sustained - release tablets combined with celecoxib for the treatment of breakthrough pain in patients with moderate cancer - induced pain

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of tralnadol sustained - release tablets combined with celecoxib for the treatment of breakthrough pain in patients with moderate cancer - induced pain. Methods：All 70 patients with moderate cancer - induced pain still suffering from breakthrough pain after treated by oral tralnadol sustained - release tablets with a dose of 400mg/d were divided into two groups, one （including 35 patients） treated by added drug of celecoxib before sleeping with an initial dose of 200mg/d and a maximum dose of 400mg/d,the other （including 35 patients） treated by oxycodone controlled - release tablets with an initial dose of 20mg/d and a maximum dose of 40mg/d. The efficacy, side effect and improvement of quality of patients＇life were evaluated. Results ：The combination of tramadol sustained - release tablets and celecoxib or single drug of oxycodone controlled - release tablets could reach the same analgesia effect, while the former had slighter side effect and more improvement of quality of patients＇ life. Conclusion：The combination of tralnadol sustained - release tablets and celecoxib can effectively control breakthrough pain in patients with moderate cancer - induced pain.
