SDF - 1 与 CA199 在胰腺癌中的表达及临床意义简

目的：研究SDF-1与CA199在胰腺癌组织及血清中的表达，探讨其表达水平与临床病理特征的关系。方法：采用免疫组化SP法检测64例胰腺癌标本及24例正常胰腺组织标本中SDF-1的表达，并检测这64例胰腺癌患者及24例正常对照组血清中糖类抗原199（CA199）的表达水平。结果：胰腺癌组织的SDF-1表达及血清中CA199的表达在不同组织学分级之间有显著差异，中-低分化组中SDF-1表达率明显高于高分化组（P〈0．05），高分化组血清中CA199表达明显高于中-低分化组（P〈0．05），血清中CA199在是否淋巴结转移方面有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论：SDF-1可能在胰腺癌侵袭性进展中起到一定作用，有可能作为评价胰腺癌预后的生物学指标。CA199在胰腺癌患者血清中高表达，早期检测CA199可能对判断患者的预后及指导临床治疗有重要价值。

Expression of stromal cell derived factor 1 in pancreatic cancer tissues and serum CA199 and their relationship with clinicopathological characteristics

Objective：To investigate the expression of SDF - 1 and serum CA199 and their clinical significance in human panreatic cancer. Methods ： The expression of SDF - 1 in 64 samples of human pancreatic cancer and 24 samples of normal human pancreatic tissues were detected by the immunohistochemistry method, The expression of serum CA199 in 64 patients and 24 normal persons were detected using electrochemiluminescence assay. Results： The expression of SDF - 1 correlated with histological grades, expression rate of SDF - 1 in group of moderate - low differentiation was significantly higher than in group of well differentiation（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression level of CA199 was obviously correlated with differentiation degree and metastasis status （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The high expression of SDF - 1 may play a certain role in invasion and metastasis in human pancreatic cancer and SDF - 1 may serve as an useful prognostic marker for human pancreatic cancer. Detection of CA199 can help to predict prognosis and choose treatment for patients with pancreatic cancer.
