幼儿园儿童铅水平及相关因素研究

摘    要:目的 揭示幼儿园儿童铅水平与各种相关因素的关系,探索预防儿童铅中毒的有效方法。方法 对武汉市直机关曙光幼儿园3~6岁在园幼儿的ZPP(锌原卟啉)水平进行3年跟踪,并进行影响幼儿铅水平相关因素的显著性检验。结果 3年来全园幼儿ZPP超标率显著下降,幼儿ZPP超标率与环境、入园方式、幼儿年龄、教育程度存在显著性差异;与幼儿性别、血型无显著性差异。结论 目前,全园儿童ZPP水平较低,但部分儿童ZPP值过高仍应引起高度重视。血铅水平应作为衡量幼儿园工作的一项重要指标。

Abstract:Objective To reveal the relationship between children's lead level and high risk factors and explore the effective method to prevent lead poisioning of children.Methods Determining the ZPP level of the children ranging between 3 6 years old,and testing the significance of the factors correlated with children's lead level.Results In these 3 years,the rate of ZPP superscale of the children in this kindergarten has declined obviously.The rate of ZPP superscale has signficant difference with the environment,children's age and education level,and has nosignificant difference with sex and blood type of the children. Conclusions For the moment,the ZPP level of the children in our kindergarten is still low.However,special attention should be paid to some children of higher ZPP.Lead level must be regarded as an important criterion to evaluate the work of kindergarten.
