支气管哮喘淋巴细胞亚群变化的观察

应用抗人T细胞单克隆抗体CD系列对支气管哮喘发作期、缓解期及脱敏治疗半年以上者共63例进行了检测及比较分析,发现支气管哮喘发作期外周血CO_3、CD_8细胞减少,CD_4/CD_3比值增高。在缓解期和脱敏治疗后CD_8、CD_4/CD_8比值均恢复,CD_3仍较正常减低。外源性嗜喘发作期T细胞亚群改变较内源性哮喘更明显,并且其血清总IgE与CD_8变化呈负相关,与CD_4/CD_8比值变化呈正相关。本文结果指示T细胞亚群的异常变化在支气管哮喘发病中起着重要作用。

CHANGES OF LYMPHOCYTE SUBSETS IN PATIENTS WITH BRONCHIAL ASTHMA

We measured the CD_3,CD_4,CD_8 cell percentages and CD,_4/CD_8, ratio of the peripheral blood in 63 asthmatic patients, CD cell percentages of 12 acult extrinsic and 18 acute intrinsic asth- matic patients were compared. The correlation between CD_8 cell percentage and total serum IgE, CD_4/CD_8 ratio and total serm IgE were analyzed in 32 patients with extrinsic asthma. we found that CD_3,CD_8 cell percentages were significantly decreased,while CD_4/ CD_8 ratio was significantly increased in acute asthma. CD_8 cell percentage and CD_4/CD_8 ratio except CD_3 ell percentage became hormal in asymptomatic and hyposensitized patients. The changes of T cell subsets existed in both extrinsic and intrinsic asthmatic pati- ents, but the degree of these changes was different. There was a negative correlation between CD_8 cell percentage and total serum IgE, a positive correlation between CD_4/CD_8 ratio and total serum IgE in extrinsic asthmatic patients. It is suggested that bronchial asthma is an allergic disease in which the abnormality of T lympho- cytes plays an important role.
