甘精胰岛素治疗围手术期2型糖尿病疗效观察

目的探讨甘精胰岛素治疗围手术期2型糖尿病疗效和安全性。方法对120例需行择期手术的2型糖尿病患者围手术期分别给予甘精胰岛素皮下注射（Glar组）、胰岛素泵持续泵入胰岛素（CSII组）及早晚皮下注射中效胰岛素（NPH组）控制空腹血糖，3组三餐前均给予短效胰岛素控制餐后血糖。结果Glar组控制血糖达标所需时间较CSII组为长，但血糖控制情况、切口愈合情况无明显差异，相比NPH组血糖达标时间更短，血糖控制情况更好。结论使用甘精胰岛素控制围手术期血糖是安全、有效、方便的方法之一。

Clinical applications of glargine in perioperative period of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To prove the efficacy and safety of glargine in treating perioperative type 2 diabetic patients. Methods 120 patients were diveded into three groups such as group Glargine （Glargine subcutaneous infusion）, group CSII （continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion） and group NPH （Novolin N insulin subcutaneous infusion）. In each group Novolin R insulin was injected three times per day before breakfast, lunch and supper respectively. Results The time of the serum glucose controlling in group Glargine was longer than that of group CSII,but shorter than that of group NPH . And serum glucose controlling in group Glargine has no significance with group CSII , but better than group NPH . Conclusion Glargine is a safe, effective and convenient method to control perioperative type 2 diabetes mellitus.
