静脉肾盂造影、CT及MRI联合应用在肾癌诊断中的价值

目的：分析讨论静脉肾盂造影（IVP）、CT、MRI三者联合应用在肾癌诊断中的价值。方法：回顾分析50例肾癌患者影像资料,50例均行IVP、CT及MRI检查,CT及MRI均行平扫及增强扫描。分析三者影像表现并总结三者联合应用的优势。结果：IVP检查异常40例（80%）,未见异常10例（20%）,肿瘤均位于肾轮廓内,且直径均小于3cm。50例CT检查均有异常表现,增强三期扫描可清晰显示静脉癌栓（12例）、腹膜后淋巴结肿大（22例）。50例MRI检查均有异常表现,MRI能清晰显示肿瘤内出血、坏死（30例）、假包膜（21例）。结论：IVP有助于显示肾盂肾盏改变,CT诊断肾癌准确率比较高;MRI显示肿瘤内出血、坏死及假包膜有很高的特异性,三者联合应用有助于提高肾癌的诊断,对临床治疗具有重要的指导意义。

Clinical Value of IVP,CT and MRI in Renal Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the clinical value of intravenous pyelograhpy（IVP）,computed tomography（CT） and magnetic resonance imaging（MRI） in the diagnosis of renal carcinoma.Methods The imaging data and examination findings from IVP,CT and MRI scanning of 50 patients with renal carcinoma were analyzed.Results IVP revealed abnormal findings in 40 cases（80%） and normal in 10（20%）.The MRI scans demonstrated hemorrhage and necrosis in 30 cases and pseudocapsule in 21 cases.Conclusion IVP is helpful in showing the changes of renal pelvis and calyx and renal carcinoma can be diagnosed accurately by CT,while MRI is a good approach in demonstrating hemorrhage,necrosis and pseudocapsule.Combing IVP,CT and MRI is helpful for diagnosing renal carcinoma.
