| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察口服的碘剂———沃丽汀R 治疗糖尿病视网膜病变性玻璃体积血的疗效。方法 :选择糖尿病视网膜病变性玻璃体积血患者 31例 (41眼 )。对上述患者给予口服沃丽汀R 治疗 ,每人分别在给药后的 10d、2 0d、4 0d和 6 0d进行检查。结果 :4 0d内玻璃体积血减少或眼底能见度明显提高的有 2 5眼 ,占 6 0 .9% ,6 0d内玻璃体混浊等级下降 1级以上有 33眼 ,总有效率为 80 .5 % (33/ 4 1) ,6 0d以上未见明显效果有 8眼 ,占 19.5 % (8/ 4 1)。无一例由于副作用而退出观察。结论 :沃丽汀R 能够促进糖尿病视网膜病变性玻璃体积血的吸收

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of using JOLECITHIN for vitreous hemorrhage in diabetic retinopathy.Methods:31 consecutive cases(41 eyes) with vitreous hemorrhage from diabetic retinopathy were enrolled and given a JOLECITHIN tablet. Each case was followed up on a schedule of 10,20,40 and 60 days after taking JOLECITHIN.Results:Vitreous hemorrhage decreased dramatically in 25 eyes(60.9%) in 40 days and vitreous visibility was improved in 33 eyes(80.5%). There was no effect in 8 eyes(19.5%). No case was eliminated from the research study due to side effects.Conclusion:JOLECITHIN is an effective treatment for vitreous hemorrhage in diabetic retinopathy. |
