| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨清营通脉法在临床治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎疾病中对患者的液流变学、血小板聚集率的影响。方法 临床运用加减清营汤治疗栓闭塞性脉管炎，并于治疗前后测定患者血液粘度及血小板聚集率，并与通塞脉片治疗结果进行比较。结果 加减清营汤能显著降低其全血、血浆粘度（P＜0.01）和血小板聚集率（P＜0.01），其作用与通塞脉片相似。结论 清营通脉法对栓闭塞性脉管炎有显著的治疗作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate into the effect of the method of clearing up the Ying system and removing obstruction in the vessels on blood rheology and blood platelet aggregation rate in patients with thromboangiitis obliterans. METHOD Patients with thromboangiitis obliterans were treated with modified Qingying Decoction and blood viscosity and blood platelet aggregation rate were determined before and after the treatment, compared with those treated with Tongsaimai Tablet. RESULT Qingying Decoction can markedly reduce whole blood and plasma viscosity (P<0.01) and blood platelet aggregation rate (P<0.01), with similar effect as Tongsaimai Tablet.CONCLUSION The method of clearing up the Ying system and removing obstruction in the vessels is very effective in the treatment of thromboangiitis obliterans. |
