磁共振弥散加权成像序列和液体衰减反转恢复技术诊断超急性期和急性期脑梗死的应用价值

摘    要:目的评价弥散加权成像(DWI)序列和液体衰减反转恢复技术(FLAIR)在超急性期和急性期脑梗死诊断中的应用价值。方法选择60例超急性期和急性期脑梗死患者的常规T1WI、T2WI,DWI及FLAIR序列图像,并对不同序列所显示病灶进行对比分析。结果21例超急性期脑梗死患者的DWI、FLAIR及常规T2WI、T1WI序列发现病灶的阳性率分别为100%、24%和0%;39例急性期脑梗死患者的DWI、FLAIR及常规T1WI、T2WI序列发现病灶的阳性率分别为100%、100%和82%。结论DWI技术对于超急性期脑梗死病灶显示优于FLAIR及常规T1WI、T2WI,而DWI对急性期脑梗死病灶显示与FLAIR及常规T1WI、T2WI差异不明显。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) and fluid attenuated inversion recovery(FLAIR) in patients with superacute and acute cerebral infarction. Methods The regular T1WI,T2WI,DWI and FLAIR images of 60 patients with superacute and acute cerebral infarction were chosed and compared the results of different images. Results The positive rates of DWI, FLAIR and T1 WI, T2WI in 21patieuts of superacute cerebral infarction were 100% ,24% and 0% respectively. The positive rates of DWI,FLAIR and T2WI in 39 patients of acute cerebral infarction were 100%, 100% and 82% respectively. Conclusion DWI is superior to FLAIR and T2WI in displaying superacute cerebral infarction. There is no difference between DWI and FLAIR,T1WI, T2WI in displaying acute cerebral infarction.
