64排螺旋CT对正常成年人胰腺影像解剖学研究

目的：探讨正常成年人胰腺影像解剖学的差异性,为影像学诊断及临床诊治提供解剖学影像资料。方法：通过64排螺旋CT对200例正常成年人胰腺进行平扫及增强扫描,并通过多平面重建、容积再现和最大密度投影等技术重建,观察胰腺与脾脏的关系以及胰腺影像解剖学差异。结果：重建胰腺形态直观,轮廓光滑123例,分叶64例。胰尾与脾门紧贴52例,分开125例,胰尾越过脾门10例。胰腺平均体积（122.43±21.08）cm3,胰腺体积与性别有显著差异,男性组大于女性组（P〈0.05）。结论：成人胰腺体积与年龄、性别相关,胰腺萎缩多发生于老年人,男性大于女性,64排螺旋CT扫描对胰腺与周围毗邻关系鉴别诊断有临床指导意义。

Imaging anatomy of the normal adult pancreas by 64-slice spiral CT

Objective：To investigate the anatomy of the normal adult pancreas difference,to afford images datas for diagnosis and clinical.Methods：Two hundred cases normal adult pancreas were scaned by pain scan and enhancement scanning by 64-slice spiral CT,and through multi-planar reconstruction,volume rendering and maximum intensity projection reconstruction technique to observe the relationship between the pancreas and spleen,as well as differences in the pancreas imaging anatomy.Results：The reconstruction of the pancreas form intuitive,123 cases smooth contours,leaf 64 cases.Tail of the pancreas and spleen door close 52 cases,125 cases of separation.Tail of the pancreas over the splenic hilum in 10 cases.The average volume of pancreas（122.43±21.08） cm3,pancreas size and gender were significantly different in males than in females（P0.05）.Conclusion：Adult pancreatic size and age,gender related,pancreatic atrophy occurred in the elderly,male more than female,64-slice spiral CT scan of the relations of the pancreas and the relations has clinical significance to antidiastole.
