慢性前列腺炎诊疗探讨

目的：探讨慢性前列腺炎（CP）运用中西医结合综合治疗的疗效及经验。方法：对500例CP患者均采用综合治疗法，即抗生素＋坐浴＋前列腺按摩＋中成药的治疗方案进行治疗。结果：痊愈67．0％，好转27．8％，总有效率94．8％，无效5．2％。结论：综合疗法对CP的治疗效果满意，治愈率高，值得推广应用。

The typical experience of diagnosis and treatment to chronic prostatitis

Objective：To study the curative effect and experience of chronic prostatitis （CP） with traditional chinese and western medicine treatment. Methods：Five hundreds cases with chronic prostatitis patients was cured by comprehensive treatment, the antibiotics ＋ sitz bath ＋ prostatic massage ＋ proprietary Chinese medicine treatment methods was for treatment. Results ：The recovery was 67.0% ,improvement was 27.8% ,the total effective rate was 94.8% ,the invalidation was 5.2%. Conclusion：The combination therapy for chronic prostatitis treatment has satisfactory effect and high cure rate ,it is worth generalizing.
