腹腔镜与开腹子宫肌瘤切除术的临床对比研究

目的：比较腹腔镜和开腹子宫肌瘤切除术的临床效果。方法：回顾分析61例行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除手术的患者与同期43例开腹子宫肌瘤切除手术患者的临床资料。结果：腹腔镜组术后体温恢复正常时间、肛门排气时间、生活恢复自理时间、住院时间均显著短于开腹组（P〈0．01），术后使用止痛剂率显著低于开腹组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．001），两组术中出血量、手术时间、术后2年内妊娠率及复发率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术具有创伤小、术后康复快、疼痛轻等优点，安全有效。

The clinical comparative study on laparoscopic and open myomectomy

Objective：To compare the clinical comparative study on laparoscopic and abdominal myomectomy. Methods：To analyse the clinical data of 61 patients with laparoscopic myomectomy surgery and 43 patients abdominal myomectomy surgery. Results ：The normal time of resume body temperature ,evacuation time of anus ,the time of live themselves ,the time of inhospital in laparoscopie group was shorter than abdominal group （P〈0.01）. The unilization ratio in laparoscopie group was lower than abdominal group,there is statistical significance （P〈0.01）. The difference of amount of bleeding,the time of surgery,the pregnancy rate and reeurernce rate between two groups is not obvious （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ：Laparoscopic myomectomy surgery has little injury,resume quickly after surgery,little pain, and so on. It is safe and effective. Conclusion：Laparoscopic myomectomy the injury,quick recovery,less pain and the advantages of safe and effective.
