三种外科手术方式治疗高血压脑出血临床疗效分析

目的：比较高血压脑出血血肿清除术的三种不同手术方式,即经传统大骨瓣开颅术、小骨窗开颅血肿清除术及微创血肿穿刺清除术,并证实微创穿刺血肿清除术对高血压脑出血疗效的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析2006年9月—2010年9月收治的100例高血压脑出血患者的临床资料,采用大骨瓣开颅术24例,小骨窗开颅血肿清除术27例,微创血肿穿刺清除术49例,术后对手术损伤、术后神经功能障碍及住院费用等进行评价。结果：微创血肿穿刺清除术对患者术后的各方面评比及恢复情况明显优于其他组。结论：微创血肿穿刺清除术治疗高血压脑出血,具有对患者损伤小、神经功能恢复较快、无颅骨缺损及费用低等优点。

The efficacy of three surgical methods on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Methods ：To retrospective analysis from September in 2006 by September 10 in 2010 psychomotor agitation hemorrhage 100 cases of patients with clinical material,with large bone disc, 24 cases were small craniotomy was performed hematoma remove bone window 27 cases ,minimally invasive hematoma intraoperative biopsy cleared to 49 cases,surgery and postoperative operation injury nerve dysfunction and hospitalization expenses,etc are evaluated. Results ： The minimally invasive hematoma intraoperative biopsy remove all aspects of patients who underwent the comparison and recovery is much better than other groups. Conclusion：The minimally invasive surgical treatment hematoma puncture remove hemorrhage of patients ,with little injury, neural function recovered quickly ,without cranial defects and cost etc.
