| 摘 要： | 七十味珍珠丸ig0.25和0.5g/kg可明显增加兔脑血流量（P＜0．05），P＜0．01）十分明显的降低脑血管阻力（P＜0．01），0．125g/kg也有一定的作用，且呈现量效关系，但各组间血压和心率变化不大，无统计学差异（P＞0．05），提示该药在不影响动物正常血压和心率的情况下，可能改善脑循环。

| Abstract: | Ranasampel(RNSP)0.25g/kg and 0.5g/kg ig markedly increased the cerebral blood flow and decreased cerebral vascular resistance.The doses of 0.125g/kg also yielded certain effect too.There is dose-effect relationship.No marked changes revealed in the heart rate and blood pressure in each group,without statistical change( P >0.05).This result showed that the RNSP can improve the cerebral circulation without changing the normal blood pressure and heart rate. |
