| 摘 要： | 目的：观察腹水浓缩后腹腔回输治疗肝硬化腹水的疗效。方法：选择40例肝硬化腹水患，通过腹水浓缩后腹腔回输，观察治疗前后的症状、血清总蛋白（TP）、血清白蛋白（A）、内生肌酐清除率（Ccr）、尿钠（UNa）改变。结果：治疗后患的临床症状明显改善，TP、A、Ccr、UNa明显增加，与治疗前比较差异有显性（P＜0．05）。结论：腹水浓缩后腹腔回输治疗肝硬化腹水有较好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of intra abdominal reinfusion of concentrated ascites on patients with liver cirrhotic ascites.Methods Foutry patients with liver cirrhotic ascites were treated with intra abdominal reinfusion of concentrated ascites.The symptoms,total serum protein,serum albumin,clearing rate of creatinine and uric sodium were detected before and after treatment.Results The symptoms improved significantly after treatment.Total serum protein,serum albumin,clearing rate of creatinine,and uric sodium were different significantly( P <0.05)before and after reinfusion.Conclusion The intra abdominal reinfusion of concentrated ascites is effective on liver cirrhotic ascites. |
