摘    要:本实验研究了溴氰菊酯中毒大鼠各脑区内5-HT及其代谢产物5-HIAA含量的变化。结果表明当给大鼠经口染毒70mg/kg溴氰菊酯时,苍白球和大脑皮层内5-HT和5-HIAA的含量均降低,下丘脑内仅5-HIAA含量降低而延脑和中缝核群内的5-HT和5-HIAA的含量没有出现变化。这个现象提示溴氰菊酯的作用部位可能在中枢神经。

Abstract:The aim of this study was to investigate the neurotoxic effects of acute deltaraethriii poisoning on monoamine neurotransmitter of the central nervous system. Rats receives 70mg/kg O. P. deltamethrin. The results shoved that the level of serotonin (5-HT) and its metabolite 5-HIAA were decreased in the pallidum and cerebral cortex. The level of 5-HIAA was decreased in the hypothalamus only,but variation of 5-HT and 5-HIAA were not occurred in the brain oblongata and be raphe nuclei. This suggests that the site of action of deltamethrin may at the central nervous system.
