| 摘 要： | 目的：了解类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者关节炎支原体(Mar)的感染状况。方法：用套式聚合酶链反应(nPCR)法对本院2001年1月—2002年9月72例RA患者的咽拭子、睑结膜拭子、尿道拭子以及血液和关节液标本中的Mar核酸进行检测，并测定阳性株的DNA序列。结果：在48例咽拭子、37例睑结膜拭子、19例尿道拭子以及48例血液标本和26例关节液标本中，各检出1例阳性株，阳性率分别为2．1％、2．7％、5．3％、2．1％和3．8％。上述5例Mar nPCR阳性株的DNA序列与国际典型株完全一致。结论：RA患者体内存在Mar感染。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the condition of mycoplasma arthritis (Mar) infection in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA). Methods The Mar in throat,eyelid,urethral swabs and serum,synovial fluid specimens of 72 patients with RA were detected by nested polymerase chain reaction (nPCR).DNA sequence of positive strains was examined.Results One strain of Mar was isolated from 48 throat,37 eyelid,19 urethral swabs and 48 serum,26synovial fluid specimens,respectively. DNA sequence of above 5 positive strains was quite same as model strain. Conclusion Mar infection may exists in the patients with RA. |
