摘    要:炎症反应为动脉粥样硬化(AS)发生发展过程中的核心因素,炎症过程中具有标志性的因子已成为评价AS稳定程度的具有预后意义的主要指标。机体炎症反应时释放的生物活性因子,不但可预示血管事件发生的危险性,而且还参与AS相关疾病的发病过程。因此,认识AS病理过程中炎症细胞间的相互作用机制并加以干预,是目前防治AS研究的一个重要方向。

Abstract:Inflanmmtory reaction is a key factor on the atheroeclerotic court, the mark factors in the inflammatory course are very important for evaluating the stability of AS plaques and prognosis of diseases related to AS. Biological active factors released in the inflammatory reaction not only indicate the AS plaque stability, but play a significant role in AS development. Therefore understanding the interactive mechanisms of inflammatory cells and intervening it, are an important direction for preventing and treating AS.
