高压氧治疗颅脑创伤性精神障碍的量效分析

【目的】探讨高压氧 (hyperbaricoxygen ,HBO)治疗对颅脑创伤性精神障碍的疗效及其量效关系。【方法】对 2 0 0 1年 7月至 2 0 0 4年 4月采用高压氧综合治疗的创伤性颅脑损伤精神障碍患者 31例进行资料收集和分析 ,以精神疾病临床疗效判断标准及简易智能量表 (MMSE)进行评价 ,并比较不同疗程组间得分情况。【结果】HBO组治愈率为 87.1% ,其中 2 5例患者在高压氧治疗第 2个疗程结束时治愈 ,对照组治愈率为 5 8.3% ;MMSE得分两组比较差异有显著性 (第 1疗程 P<0 .0 5 ,第 2疗程 P <0 .0 1)。【结论】高压氧治疗对创伤性颅脑损伤精神障碍具有良好效果并且有明显的量效关系。

Quantitative Analysis of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy in Patients with Mental Disorder Caused by Traumatic Brain Injury

To explore the curative effects of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) on patients with mental disorder caused by traumatic brain injury.(TBI) and analyze its quantity-efficacy relation.Data from 31 patients with mental disorder caused by TBI admitted for comprehensive therapy with HBO during July,2001 to April, 2004 were collected and analyzed retrospectively. The patients were divided into two groups:HBO group and control group. The recovery of patients was evaluated with the clinical outcome criteria of mental disorder and Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) scores. The scores recorded in various courses of treatment were compared.The cure rate in HBO group was 87.1%, 25 cases fully recovered when the second course of HBO therapy was finished ; whereas that in the control group was 58.3 % (P<0.05). Obvious difference in MMSE scores was also found between two groups (after first course of treatment P<0.05, after the second course P<0.01).[Conclusion]With prominent quantity-efficacy relation, HBO therapy shows good therapeutic efficacy for patients with mental disorder caused by TBI.
