| 摘 要： | 本文用硝酸纤维滤纸作为固相支持物进行圆斑-ELISA试验,共检测了151例现症出血热患者的血清标本,131例(86.8％)呈阳性反应。在70例正常人和各种对照血清标本中,仅有2例呈阳性反应,但IFA证实亦为阳性。在进行圆斑-ELISA的同时,还与IFA进行了比较,二者结果一致,而前者较后者敏感性略高。同时圆斑-ELISA操作简便,不需特殊的仪器设备,更适于基层单位的诊断和流行病学调查。

THE APPLICATION OF DOT-ELISA IN DIAGNOSIS OF EHF |

| Abstract: | Sera from 151 active cases of EHF were tested with dot-ELISA using nitrocellulose filter as its solid carrier.131 of them showed positive reaction and negative in 20.The control sera from 40 healthy individuals and 30 cases with other diseases all skewed negative reaction except 2.But these two cases were also positive with IFA.We compared dot-ELISA with IFA no difference in specificity could be found.The sensitivity of former was slightly higher than the latter.Dot-ELISA has a certain advantages over IFA for its procedure is simpler and no special equipment such as photometer is needed.This technique is suitable for basal clinic and available for epidemiological study. |
