| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血府逐瘀汤配合毛冬青甲素治疗慢性肾功能不全（CRF）的疗效。方法：选择CRF患者50例，其中用血府逐瘀汤配合毛冬青甲素治疗30例（治疗组），用速尿、多巴胺、酚妥拉明治疗20例（对照组） 。结果：毛冬青甲素治疗后尿量增多，蛋白尿减轻，血尿素氮及肌酐降低，肌酐清除率升高，总有效率905，与对照组比较有显著性差异（P＜0．01）。结论：血府逐瘀汤配合毛冬青甲素治疗能延缓肾功能衰竭的进展，预防肾纤维化的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the therapeutic effectiveness of Xue-Fu-Zhu-Yu Decoction combined with Ilexonin on the lreatment of Chronic Renal Failure.Methods: 50 chronic renal failure cases were divided in to two groups:30 cases treated with the combined therapy while another 20 cases were treated as the control treated with furosemide, dopamine and phenolamine.Results:The combined group cases had increased urine output, relieved urernia,lowered blood urea nitrogen and creatinine. Significant differences were observed between the 2 groups (P<0.0l).Conclusions: The combined therapy of Xue-Fu-Zhu-Yu Decoction and Ilexonin was effective in delaying the progress of chronic renal failure and prevent the renal fibrosis. |
