医院感染信息化管理软件的应用与展望

目的 在实践中不断完善医院感染信息化管理系统，进一步提高医院感染管理水平，充分发挥网络优势，真正做好医院感染的预警工作。方珐在原第3版医院感染病例计算机管理系统的基础上．进一步完善更新并增加了医院环境微生物监测计算机管理系统、外科手术医生感染专率调查计算机管理系统和医院感染监测预警系统。结果 该软件现已在江苏省内100多家二级以上医院推广使用。使用单位可以根据自己的实际情况运用该软件开展相应的医院感染综合性及目标性监测、特殊耐药菌株监测及医院感染的预警系统监测。结论 医院感染计算机管理系统提供的医院感染动态信息，可以有目的、有重点、前瞻性地开展监控工作，避免资金的盲目投入，节省开支。

The Application and Future in the Informatic Management Soft Ware of Hospital Infection

Objective To optimize the informatic management system of hospital infection in the daily practice,improving the hospital infection management,with the advantage of computer nets to make the better prognose of the hospital infection.Methods On the basis of the third edition of hospital infection computer management system we improved and added the detective computer management system of hospital environment microorganism,the computer management system of surgeon's infection rate and the warning system of hospital infection detection.Results This soft ware is being used in more than 120 hospitals in Jiangsu Province.The system can be used for the general and objective detection in the hospital infection,the detection of special bacteria resistance and the detection warning system in hospital infection.Conclusion With the live hospital infection information supplied by the hospital infection computer management system the control work can be objectiv,focussing and prognosing.Avoiding the incorrect investment and saving money.
