显微外科输卵管吻合术40例分析

目的探讨输卵管吻合术后受孕情况与各种因素的关系。方法将40例原绝育手术为腹式输卵管结扎术的患者79条输卵管用显微技术施行吻合术。结果术后复通75条，复通率为94．9％；宫内妊娠34例，复孕率为85．0％，无宫外孕发生。随访发现，吻合后长度为7-9cm时复通率与复孕率较高。而吻合部位与复通和复孕也有关系，峡部-峡部吻合时复通率与复孕率较高。结论采用该术式输卵管吻合术成功率较高，而且与手术吻合部位有关。

The Analysis of 40 Cases After Oviduct Anastomosis by Using Microsurgery

Objective To investigate the clinical records of the pregnancy rate after the anastomose operation of uterine tube and to discuss the relevant factors affecting the tubal pregnancy.
