糖尿病与职业性化学有害物质的相关性研究

摘    要:目的:探讨接触氮、氮氧化物、甲醇、硫化氢、硬脂酸和芥酸、苯、铅、汞、锰、射线、粉尘等化学性有害物质是否为糖尿病的危险因素。方法:对泸天华集团公司糖尿病流行病学调查的463名糖尿病病人和糖耐量减低患者及其接触化学性有害物质情况进行Logistic回归模型分析。结果:所调查的氨、氮氧化物、甲醇、硫化氢、硬脂酸和芥酸、苯、铅、汞、锰、射线、粉尘化学性的OR值分别为0.532、0.586、0.550、0.878、0.130、0.706、0.744、0.833、0.645、0.583、0.610,回归系数β无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:目前尚不能认为化学性有害物质氨、氮氧化物、甲醇、硫化氢、硬脂酸和芥酸、苯、铅、汞、锰、射线、粉尘的接触是糖尿病患病的危险因素。

Abstract:Objective:To study if chemical factors is risk factor of diabetes.Method:Logistic regression was used to analyze the data of 463 cases DM and IGT of a chemical industry and its history of touching of chemical factor.Results:The Logistic coefficient of ammonia, azote oxide, carbinol, sulfureted hydrogen, stearic acid, benzene, lead, mercury, manganese, radial, powder was 0.532,0.586,0.550,0.878,0.130,0.706,0.744,0.833,0.645,0.583 and 0.610 respectively,It had no significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Based on the investigation, ammonia, azotes oxide, carbinol, sulfureted hydrogen, stearic acid, benzene, lead, mercury, manganese, radial and powder is not the risk factors of diabetes.
