广东省居民6种疾病负担研究

目的：以广东省居民6类重大疾病抽样调查资料为依据，推算各年龄组的伤残失能调整寿命年DALYs。进而评价其居民疾病负担与经济负担。方法：利用1998年广东省第2次卫生服务调查资料和8个死因监测点资料，采用DALYs调整生命年龄指标及人力资本法，对广东省居民患有呼吸系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、心血管病、脑血管病、糖尿病、损伤与中毒等6类重大疾病的疾病负担与疾病经济负担进行测量。结果：1998年广东省女性居民因患呼吸系统疾病、癌症、心血管病、脑血管病、糖尿病、损伤与中毒而负担的平均DALY损失分别为11．33年、9．78年、29．21年、9．88年、8．01年和8．75年；相应的平均经济损失分别为21350．59元、15491．58元、42333．45元、14197．79元、12199．92元和12662．84元。男性居民相应负担的平均DALY损失分别为12．02年、12．19年、13．72年、12．17年、11．18年和11．86年；相应的平均经济损失分别为19823．99元、19515．8元、19955．39元、17675．54元、16966．00元和30680．40元。结论：1998年广东省居民6类重大疾病负担测量结果可为广东省重点疾病防治工作提供量化管理依据。

Study on Burden of Disease of the Residents in Guangdong

Objective: To investigate the disability-adjusted life years and assess the burden of diseases (BOD) and economic burden of diseases (EBOD) in Guangdong residents, in the light of sampling survey data on 6 categories of major diseases in Guangdong Province. Methods: BOD and EBOD of respiratory diseases, malignant tumors, cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, injury and poisoning were assessed by DALYs and human capital method based on data in the year 1998. Results: in 1998, the mean DALY loss caused by respiratory diseases, malignant tumors, cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, injury and poisoning were 11.33, 9.78, 29.21, 9.88, 8.01, and 8.75 years respectively in Gnangdong females, and 12.02, 12.19, 13.72, 12.17, 11.18 and 11.86 years respectively in Guangdong males, responsible for economic loss of 21350.59, 15491.58, 42333.45, 14197.79, 12199.92, and 12662. 84 Yuan RMB respectively in females and 19823.99, 19515.8, 19955.39, 17675.54, 16966.00, and 30680.40 Yuan RMB in males. Conclusion: Results of BOD assessment of 6 categories of major diseases in 1998 may be considered as a benchmark for quantification of prevention and management of major diseases in Guangdong.
