同型半胱氨酸与D-二聚体检测在妊娠期高血压诊断中的应用

目的:探讨妊娠期高血压患者检测同型半胱氨酸、血浆D-二聚体的临床意义。方法:检测83例妊娠期高血压患者以及80例血压正常的孕妇的同型半胱氨酸、血浆D-二聚体水平,同时选择85例非妊娠妇女作为对照。结果:妊娠期高血压患者同型半胱氨酸、D-二聚体水平与健康孕妇和非妊娠妇女相比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.01);健康孕妇和非妊娠对照组的D-二聚体水平相比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.01),而同型半胱氨酸水平差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:同型半胱氨酸、D-二聚体测定在妊娠期高血压的早期诊断和预后判定中具有重要诊断价值。

Application of homocysteine and the D-dimer detection in pregnancy induced hypertension

Objective to study the patients with gestational hypertension homocysteine and the clinical significance of plasma D -dimer.Methods to test 83 cases of gestational hypertension patients,80 cases of pregnant women with normal blood pressure homocys-teine,plasma D -dimer level,at the same time,choose 85 cases of without pregnant women as control .results the patients with gestational hypertension homocysteine,D -dimer level compared with healthy pregnant women and without pregnant women,the difference had statistical significance （P〈0. 01 ）;Healthy pregnant women and control group D -dimer level in comparison,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 01）,and homocysteine levels with no statistical significance （P〉0. 01）conclusion ho-mocysteine,determination of D -dimer in gestational hypertension has important value in early diagnosis and prognosis judgement.
