小儿内伤头痛辨治

74例小儿慢性头痛经辨证治疗,显效80.95%,好转16.67%,无效2.38%。痰浊头痛二陈汤或半夏白术天麻汤加减;肾虚头痛,杞菊地黄汤加减;淤血头痛,补阳还五汤;气血虚头痛八珍汤加减。指出了小儿内伤头痛的病因病机,并指出脑电图,脑阻抗血流图、CT、甲皱微循环可做为此病的诊断及疗效指标。

THE EXPERIENCE ON TCM TREATMFNT OF HEADACHE CAUSED BY INTERNAL DAMAGE IN CHILDREN

The headache caused by internal damage is one of the frequent symp- toms in children.In this article,after analizing 74 cases of chromic headache in children,the experiences on determination of treatment based on the differentia- tion of symptoms and signs were summarized,The effects are as follows:the clinical excellent rate,80.95%,clinical good rate,16.67% and no effect 2.38%. Combing EEG,REG,CT and blood microcirculation in wrinkles of fingernail exa- mination before and after treatment.It is incorporated into several pattern's determination of treatment based on the differentiation of symptons and signs.(1)Headache due to the stagnation of phlegm(the charactar is abnormal in E.E.G),using erchen tang or banxiashutianma tang.(2)Headache due to asthenia of kidney(the character is abnormal in R.E.G),using goujudihuang pill)(3)Headache due to blood stasis(most of them are characterized as the abnormal in E.E.G,R.E.G and blood microcirculation in wrinkles of fingernail; only a little was abnormal in CT.)using buyanghuanwu tang.(4)Headache due to dediciency of both vital energy and blood(besides the abnormal in E.E.G, R.E.G and blood microcirculation in wrinkles of fingernail,there also has ane- mia)using bazheng tang.In this article,the writer put forward a proposel in the pathogenic factor and fathogenesis of children's headache causing by internal damage,and suggest that these examine such as E.E.G,R.E.G,CT,blood mi- crocirculation in wrinkles of fingernail etc,can be the objective targets for diag- nosis and treatment in children's headache causing by internal damage.
