| 摘 要： | 目的探讨健康信念模式与高脂血症患者治疗依从性的关系.方法采用高脂血症健康信念量表和高脂血症治疗依从性量表,以随机抽样的方法调查高脂血症患者90例.结果社会人口学特征不同的高脂血症患者健康信念水平和治疗依从性差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论高脂血症患者的健康信念模式和治疗依从性呈显著正相关(r=0.581;P＜0.001).
