| 摘 要： | 本文搜集放射性肺损伤５７６例临床Ｘ线资料，于放疗后３个月，半年，１年摄Ｘ线片观察，对肺部Ｘ线征象演变进行了分析，在此基础上对放射性肺损伤常见Ｘ线征的发生，发展探索了一定的规律，并根据观察的结果，提出将放射性肺损伤分为渗出期，中间（过渡）期，纤维化期的建议，最后详细讨论了放射性肺损伤的演变过程及影像学的一般规律。

| Abstract: | The clinics and radiological informations of 578 cases of pulmonary injury with 3-6 months and 2 year after radiotherapy were studied. The evolutions of X-ray manifestation were analysed. Based on it general rule of X-ray signs and pulmonary radiation injuries,the authors divided into 3 stages: exudation stage, middle stage and fiberation stage,that will be helpful for diagnosis. |
