新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病与T辅助细胞亚群功能的相关性探讨

目的探讨患有缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿T辅助细胞亚群的水平与疾病的相关性。方法收集2007年3月至2009年1月缺氧缺血性脑病患儿80例,轻度HIE28例,中度HIE36例,重度HIE16例。选取正常儿40例作为对照组。两组新生儿一般状况等方面,差异无统计学意义,具有可比性。采集患儿股静脉血,对照组脐带血。用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测γ-干扰素、白细胞介素2、IL-4及IL-6的水平。结果患儿IFN–γ、IL-2水平明显低于正常新生儿组,且病情越重,IFN-γ、IL-2水平越低。IL-4、IL-6高于正常新生儿组,病情越严重,IL-4、IL-6的水平越高。结论对新生儿的T辅助细胞亚群功能的检测,能够早期诊断疾病、评估病情的轻重程度,判断患儿的预后。

The Discuss about Neonatal Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy and T Helper Cell Subsets of the Correlation Function

Objective To explore relationship between the level of T helper cell and neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy disease. Methods From March 2007 to January 2009, collected hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy 80 cases, mild 28 cases, moderate 36 cases, serious 16 cases. 40 cases of normal children selected as the control group. Neonatal outcome, such as general condition, the difference was not statistically significant, comparable. For HIE children collected the femoral vein, collected umbilical cord blood for Control group children. Use double antibody sandwich enzymelinked immunosorbent assay γ-interferon, interlcnkin 2, IL-4 and IL-6 levels. Results Children with IFN-γ, IL-2 levels were significantly lower than neonatal group, and the more severe the disease, IFN-γ, IL-2 levels lower. IL-4, IL-6 than normal newborn group, the more serious condition, IL-4, IL-6 levels higher. Conclusion On neonatal T-helper cells function testing, early diagnosis of disease to assess the disease severity, determine the prognosis of patients.
