| 摘 要： | 目的 分析医源性胆管损伤早期处理失败的原因，以提高治疗水平。方法 自1989年1月至2002年10月，共收治医源性胆管损伤160例，其中82例胆管损伤后进行了早期手术处理。男35例，女47例。年龄26-75岁，平均45.7岁。结果 75例效果较差，需再次手术。结论 胆瘘、吻合口狭窄和胆管内支撑管拔除过早是胆管损伤早期处理失败的主要原因。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the causes of failure in the early treatment of iatrogenic biliary injuries and to improve therapeutic level. Methods One hundred and sixty patients with iatrogenic biliary injuries between Jan 1989 and Oct 2002 were reviewed retrospectively. Among them, 82 cases (35 men and 47 women) were early treated by surgical operation. The mean age was 45.7 years (range from 26 to 75). Results Seventy-five cases got a poor effect and had to be operated again. Conclusion Biliary leakage, stricture of the anastomosis and the stent of the bile duct for too short time were the main causes of failure in the early treatment of iatrogenic biliary injuries. |
