SPECT/CT融合显像在肋骨病变良、恶性鉴别诊断中的应用

摘    要:目的评价SPECT/CT融合显像在肋骨病变良、恶性鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法对2001年3月-2005年4月间在我科行肋骨融合显像的患者进行随访。下列两种情况不纳入研究:广泛骨转移(包括超级骨显像)和最后没有明确诊断的患者。结果43例患者符合研究标准,男28例,女15例,年龄(64.75±12.04)岁。43例融合显像中,15例诊断肋骨转移,8例骨转移可能;4例性质待定;12例良性病变,4例良性可能。随访诊断总符合率74.42%;但在融合显像肯定性诊断为骨转移或良性病变者,诊断符合率96.30%。结论SPECT/CT融合显像可以提高肋骨病变诊断的准确性。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the fusion imaging of SPECT/CT for differential diagnosis of benign and malignant rib disease. Methods The follow-up diagnosis was carried out in the patients with rib fusion imaging in our department from March 2001 to April 2005. Two conditions, extensive bone metastasis including super scan and the final follow-up diagnosis being not definite, were excluded from this study. Results Forty-three patients matched the study criteria. There were 28 male and 15 female patients. Their average age was (64.75±12.04) years old. Of the 43 patients, the original diagnosis of the fusion imaging was as follows: 15 patients was diagnosed with bone metastasis, 8 patients with possible bone metastasis; 4 patients were not definite; 12 patients with benign lesions, 4 patients with benign lesions possibly. The coincidence rate of follow-up diagnosis was 74.42%. However, the coincidence rate of definite diagnosis, that is to say, bone metastasis or the benign, was 96.30%. Conclusion The fusion imaging of SPECT/CT may improve the accuracy to diagnose the rib disease.
