| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨榆尿管镜下使用钬激光碎石治疗输尿管中下段结石疗效。方法 回顾性分析264例输尿管镜下使用钬激光治疗输尿管中下段结石患者的资料。结果 本组病例碎石成功率96.6％（255/264）．结石排尽率98．5％（260/264）。结论 输尿管镜下使用钬激光碎石术是治疗输尿管中段结石的一种安全、高效的方法。

| Abstract: | To evaluate the results in treatment of patients with middle and lower urethral calculi with HO: YAG laser lithotriplor ( LL) under urethrascope. Methods Clinical data concerning 264 cases with middle and lower urethral calculi including 156 males and 108 females with a average age of 42 years old, all treated with HO:YAG laser lithotriptor were retrospectively analyzed. Results The successful calculi-fragmenting rate was 96.6% (255/164) and the stone-free rate was 98.5% (260/ 264). Conclusion HO: YAG laser lithotriptor is highly effective and safe for treatment of patients with middle and lower urethral calculi. |
