改良筋膜内子宫切除术术式探讨

目的　评价改良筋膜内子宫切除术的优点。方法　分析 46例改良筋膜内子宫切除患者术中、术后情况 ,并与同期传统筋膜内子宫切除术比较 ,观察手术时间、出血量、术后排气时间及术后病率等。结果　改良筋膜内子宫切除手术方式独特 ,优点多 ,旋切子宫内膜至子宫峡部稍上即可 ,无须穿透宫底。手术时间、出血量、术后排气时间及术后病率与其它术式无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　改良筋膜内子宫切除术有望成为经腹子宫切除的常规术式

Study on Operation for Amendatory Inner-Fascial Hysterectomy

Objective To evaluate the prominent merit of amendatory inner-fascial hysterectomy.Method The duration of operation,bleeding volume,the postoperative exhausting time and illness rate were analyzed in 46 cases of amendatory inner-fascial hysterectomy,and compared with those in usual inner-fascial hysterectomy.Results The method of amendatory inner-fascial hysterectomy is distinctive with many merits.Cutting round endometrium to the upper isthmus utei is enough and needn't getting through fandus utei.The duration of operation,bleeding volume,postoperative exhausting time and illness rate were not obviously different from those in patients treated with other operations.Conclusions Amendatory inner-fascial hysterectomy is promisable to be the usual operation of abdominal hysterectomy.
