二氧化氯对矿泉水卫生指标菌杀灭效果的观察

摘    要:目的观察二氧化氯消毒液对饮用天然矿泉水标准中新增指标微生物的杀灭效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对二氧化氯杀菌效果及其影响因素进行了实验室观察。结果在清洁条件下,用浓度10 mg/L的二氧化氯消毒液作用1 min,对悬液内铜绿假单胞菌和粪链球菌的杀灭率均达到100%。在菌悬液内含有机干扰物的条件下,用浓度为50 mg/L该二氧化氯消毒液作用1 min;35 mg/L作用3 min,对悬液内铜绿假单胞菌、粪链球菌和产气荚膜梭菌杀灭率均达到100%。二氧化氯消毒剂随浓度提高或作用时间延长,均可增强杀菌效果。结论二氧化氯消毒液在较低浓度下,能有效杀灭矿泉水新增加的指标菌,有机干扰物能降低其杀菌效果。

Abstract:Objective To observe the germicidal efficacy of chlorine dioxide against three new microorganisms in the standard of drinking natural mineral water.Method The germicidal efficacy of chlorine dioxide and its effect factors were evaluated by suspension quantitative germicidal test method.Result The results showed that the killing rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and fecal streptococcus exposed to the disinfection solution containing chlorine dioxide 10 mg/L for 1 min was 100% without organic substance.The killing rate of P.aeruginosa,fecal streptococcus and Clostridium perfringens exposed to the disinfection solution containing chlorine dioxide 50 mg/L for 1min was 100% in presence of organic substance.The bactericidal efficacy enhanced with enhancing concentration of chlorine dioxide and prolonging contact time.Conclusions Chlorine dioxide could effectively kill the new indictor bacteria in mineral water at low concentration.The presence of organic substance can decrease the germicidal efficacy.
