摘    要:目的:探讨斑点杂交法检测SEN病毒(SENV)感染的应用价值.方法:应用地高辛标记、制备SENV部分基因探针并用斑点杂交技术检测SENV DNA,与聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测结果相比较. 结果: 在191份血清中,采用斑点杂交法检出6份阳性,检出率为3.1%. PCR方法检测出11份阳性,阳性率5.8%. 结论: 制备的地高辛探针具有SENV特异性,以地高辛标记的SENV探针可用于检测SENV感染.

Abstract:AIM: To explore the availability of dot-blot assay in the detection of SEN virus infection. METHODS: Nuclear acid was extracted from serum specimens, and dot-blot analysis and polymerase chain reaction(PCR) were carried out respectively to detect SENV DNA. RESULTS: Among 191 samples, 6 were found positive by dot-blot, and 11 were found positive by PCR. CONCLUSION: The probe prepared by us is SENV-specific. Dot-blot hybridization with DIG-labeled SENV DNA probe can be used to detect SENV DNA in sera samples.
