熊去氧胆酸治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病临床研究

目的探讨熊去氧胆酸治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的疗效及安全性。方法将纳入标准的114例NAFLD患者随机分为两组对照组给予饮食控制,同时给予益肝灵片(2片/次,日3次口服);治疗组在对照组的基础上,加用熊去氧胆酸片(2片/次,日3次口服);两组疗程均为12周。治疗前后测定血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)。结果治疗组ALT、AST、TG、TC改善明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为88.9%,明显高于对照组的63.3%(P<0.05)。结论熊去氧胆酸可安全有效地用于NAFLD的治疗。

Ursodeoxycholic acid in treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of the ursodeoxycholic acid in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD). Methods One hundred and fourteen patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were randomly assigned to control group and treatment group. Diet control combining with Yiganling tablet (2 tablets,three times a day,oral) in control group. Besides above treatment, Ursodeoxycholic acid tablet(2 tablets,three times a day,oral) was added in treatment group. Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.Measurement of liver function(ALT,AST), serum lipid(total cholesterol, triglyceride),before and after 12-week treatment. Results The treatment group was much better than control group in the improvement of liver function and serum lipid (P<0.05). Conclusion Ursodeoxycholic acid could be used as a safe and effective drug in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
