| 摘 要： | 目的 观察比较高海拔地区老年 2型糖尿病 (DM)及糖尿病肾病 (DN)患者C 反应蛋白 (CRP)含量及血液流变学的变化。方法 对 12 6例老年 2型糖尿病患者分为DM组及DN组 ,检测其CRP含量及血液流变学指标。结果 DM及DN组中CRP明显高于健康对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,而DN组CRP又高于DM组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;DM及DN组的全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数均高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 CRP及血液流变学改变与老年DM及DN的发生发展密切相关

| Abstract: | Objective To observe and compare the change of C reactive protein(CRP) and blood lipid in the elderly patients living in the high altitude area who suffer from the diabetic nephropathy(DN) or type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods To examine CRP contents and blood specifications, elderly 126 patitents who were suffering from the type 2 DM were divided into DM group and DN group. Results The CRP of both DM and DN group was obviously higher than that of the control group (P< 0.01), the CRP of DN group was higher than that of DM group (P< 0.05), the indexes of the whole blood denseness,blood plasm denseness and erythrocyte denseness were higher than those of the control group (P< 0.05).Conclusion CRP and blood lipid change are closely linked to development of DM and DN in the elderly patients. |
