压力性尿失禁38例阴道内用药效果观察

目的:探讨生物反馈电刺激联合阴道内使用雌激素对轻、中度压力性尿失禁(SUI)的治疗效果。方法:将单纯性SUI患者76例随机分成两组,每组各38例。对照组采用生物反馈电刺激治疗组;观察组在对照组基础上同时给予雌激素阴道给药治疗,连续使用15次后评价疗效。结果:观察组38例中31例(81.6%)患者症状减轻,而对照组仅10例(26.3%)患者症状减轻,两组患者在症状缓解方面具有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后尿失禁量均显著减少(P<0.05),但观察组减少更明显(P<0.05);阴道使用倍美力后有5例(13.2%)患者反应有阴道局部的痛痒感、灼热感及阴道溢液增多。结论:生物反馈电刺激联合阴道内使用雌激素对轻中度SUI具有较好的治疗效果。

Effects of biofeedback electrical stimulation and estrogen applied in vagina in patients suffered from stress urinary incontinence

Objective:To study the influence of biofeedback electrical stimulation and estrogen applied in vagina in patients suffered from stress urinary incontinence(SUI).Methods:76 patients suffered from SUI were randomly divided into two groups.38 cases in experimental group were treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation and estrogen applied in vagina,and 38 cases in control group were only treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation.Effects were evaluated 4 weeks after treatment.Results:The contrasts in 31 cases(81.6%) symptoms in patients with reduced,while the control group only 10 cases(26.3%) patients' symptoms abated,two sets of symptoms of mitigation methods has significant differences(P<0.05);Two groups of patients with urinary incontinence treatment are significantly reduced(P<0.05),but the contrasts more obvious reduction(P<0.05);Vaginal use times after us forces there were 5 cases(13.2%) reaction in patients with vaginal partial sense of the theory,burning sensation and increased vaginal discharge.Conclusion:Use biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with vaginal estrogen for the treatment of mild to moderate SUI has a good effect,and clinical promotional.
