男声女调手术前后电声门图参数比较

摘    要:目的 比较分析手术前后后电声门图参数变化,评价甲状软骨成形术治疗男声女调的疗效。方法 18例男声女调患者,甲状软骨成形手术前后分别作电声门图检查,比较平均基频,噪声能量,谐噪比,信噪比,接触率,开放率,闭合率,基频微扰,振幅微扰等参数在手术前后的差异。结果 手术后平均基频、接触率、闭合率较手术前均有显著性下降(P<0.05),开放率、基频微扰、振幅微扰较手术前则有显著性升高(P<0.05),其余参数手术前后无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 手术前后电声门图参数变化结果提示,甲状软骨成形术对男声女调有一定治疗疗效,但也可能带来声门闭合不全、声嘶等并发症。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of thyroplasty on cases with falsetto through a comparison of EGG parameters before and after operation. Methods 18 cases with falsetto treated by thyroplasty were assayed with EGG before and after operation. Then,a comparison was made between the two sets of EGG data to evaluate the significance of parameters changed. Results significantly lowered after surgery were the mean values of basic frequency, contact quotient and closed quotient(.P<0. 05),while significantly increased after operation were parameters of open quotient,jitter and shimmer(P<0. 05). However,no differences were found a-mong the others. Conclusion The results suggested that thyroplasty may be effective on this le-sion, but it should be kept in mind that this surgery might cause incomplete glottis closure and hoarseness after operation.
